Perspectivas is the first release from Andre Barth aka Anikulapo Live on Andhakara Records. The title of the release literally translates into the word perspectives. We have been ecstatic about releasing this project, because Andre’s sound is like no other. He redefines how one perceives the spatial realm of “experimental” music, effectively changing the widely shared perspective of the same.

Our perspectives evolve and adapt to the way the world around us--our world--changes. This isn't limited to the physical realm in which we exist but also the auditory realm which we hear. Our choice of sound is constantly evolving by leaps and bounds, in directions we sometimes never thought we'd go in. Andre captures this essence of auditory evolution in his release. He expresses the constant evolution of sound and challenges the established perspectives of not only psychedelic music but its sub genre of experimental psytrance. Strap yourselves in because you're in for one hell of a ride!
